Nachi America Taps Automation Services For Hydraulic Pumps
Automation Services, Inc., announces its appointment as a Regional Distributor for the Nachi America, Inc., line of hydraulic vane and piston pumps, and other hydraulic-related products. Product reliability was the major factor in the decision.
"In all our years as an automation systems provider," said Pat Murphy, President of Automation Services, "the on-the-job reliability of Nachi pumps make them our first choice among the products we distribute – as well as the products we build into our own customers’ hydraulic systems." Nachi America’s reliability stems from its vertically integrated manufacturing process. The products are made in Nachi America plants, on its own specially engineered machine tools, using its own tooling. Nachi America even makes its own steel and heat treats it in furnaces of its own manufacture.
Reliability is critical to its ongoing business with Automation Services customers all over Minnesota and Wisconsin. "Having highly reliable Nachi pumps in our custom hydraulic systems means far less downtime for our customers, and fewer service calls. As a Nachi America distributor, we can now offer that same level of reliability to a wider range of users in the Upper Midwest," said Murphy. In addition to hydraulic pumps, the company also distributes Nachi America direction and modular valves, proportional and flow valves, and pressure valves.
